The Windows Phone Ecosystem
I was skeptical using Windows Phone. As always what I have read in Reddit and other forum that there is "NO" apps in Windows Phone. Even when I bought my Lumia 535 the salesman was trying to bring me to Android camp again.
As Windows 10 Mobile is coming, we might see your favorite app in Store as Microsoft have provided the tools to port iOS and Android apps to Windows ecosystem. But I cannot guarantee about it. Because that is in the developer's hand if they are willing to develop or to port their APPS.
There is only one thing I can guarantee Microsoft will not let WindowsPhone user down and give their best to make their WindowsPhone fan happy.

The Front Facing Camera
The Lumia 535 is equipped with 5MP wide angle camera, that let's you take a good quality selfies and let you have good quality Skype video call.

The Main Camera
The main camera also has 5 megapixel camera that take decent photos in well lit environment. In low light you can use the LED flash to lighten up the darkness. I think it's camera is decent enough unlike other local rebranded phone's here in the Philippines that is interpolating the specs of the camera. This is not a PureView branded phone so I am not expecting it to make jaw dropping photo. One thing I notice is that sometimes your photo is a bit greenish...

The Storage and RAM
Microsoft Lumia 535 is equipped with 8 gigabyte of on-board storage. But you can only use 2 gigabyte to download your apps, games, music, videos etc. You can also expand your storage via MicroSD, you are allowed to use up to 128 gigabyte as advertised by Microsoft in their website. You can also use OneDrive to back up your data. Microsoft gives FREE 30GB of free storage online via OneDrive when you sign up for your Microsoft account (Outlook).
One thing Microsoft got right is releasing phone's with 1GB of RAM whether it is a low end device or an entry level device. Lumia 535 is equipped with 1GB of RAM, so most apps are compatible with your phone unless if the app needs an specific hardware.
The Battery
The Lumia 535 is equipped with 1905mAh. In full charge, if I use it continuously I get around 4-5 hours. And if I am only using it for light usage it takes 1 and half day until the battery is almost out. But this is case to case basis, depending on how you use your phone.
The SoC
Lumia 535 is equipped with Snapdragon 200, although for some this is an outdated hardware it manage to run the OS well. If you are in Android with this Soc I bet your experience will be laggy. I just wish Microsoft uses the Snapdraon 410 which is a newer SoC.
Final Verdict
For those who are looking for a smartphone with decent enough specs that fits to your budget, or just want to try WindowsPhone, Lumia 535 is for you. Just an advice for first time user of Windows devices be sure to make some research about the Windows Ecosystem before jumping into Microsoft bandwagon, as you might regret that your favorite app is not in the Store.
Although the apps are not feature rich unlike Android and iOS counter, I can still live with it because most of my apps are covered in the Store. As Windows Mobile is approaching, I hope that your favorite app will be in the store.
Lumia 535 this is my Lumia, I love my Lumia,
