I've been playing castle clash for 2 months already. I really like this game (Shout out to Guild Insanity). But one time I accidentally uninstalled the game. And when I tried to reinstall it. I got the attention required error. (This is on Windows Phone 8.1)
So here is what I did. I tried to upgrade to Windows 10 Mobile Technical Preview (I'm on build 10549) and I can reinstall it when ever I want.
This is only temporary fix because Windows 10 Mobile is not out yet or not officially available via OTA or via Windows Device Recovery Tool.
