Oh well some Lumia users are frustrated because of Anniversary Update roll out for Mobile. But in fairness MS did not release an official statement of when to release the anniversary update for "Mobile". There are only rumors/leakers that it was going to be released on August 2 and then another leak/rumors that August 9. But we did not get the update.
But thankfully we got another cumulative update to fix those annoying bug especially that "Bluetooth bug" that render the phone unusable.
This update is not official anniversary update and only available for the "Insiders"
