Microsoft Lumia 540 Dual SIM is now in the Philippines for the price of 7,990 pesos. This entry level device  has an 8 megapixel rear camera and 5 megapixel front facing camera. It has an 5" 720p IPS LCD. It runs in Windows Phone 8.1  and can be upgraded to Windows 10 Mobile in the future.

Although Lumia 540 offers a little upgrade from Lumia 535, it's still a great smartphone to have.
